We pack every box with care, but if anything isn't right when your order arrives, we'll make it right. Just reach out within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement for any damaged or missing items. Because our sweets are food, we can't accept returns, but we'll work with you personally until you're happy.
