We ship orders within 1 business day from New Jersey. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, and express shipping is available. Delivery dates are shown at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?

We pack every box with care, but if anything isn't right when your order arrives, we'll make it right. Just reach out within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement for any damaged or missing items. Because our sweets are food, we can't accept returns, but we'll work with you personally until you're happy.

How long will the sweets stay fresh?

Our delicacies stay fresh for 4–5 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration can extend freshness, but they’re best enjoyed at room temperature.

What is the size of the sweets?

Our sweets are crafted in the traditional Tunisian bite-sized style. Each piece is designed to offer a perfect balance of flavor in a small, delightful portion.
